If you would like your son or daughter to be a member of The Family’s Birthday Club, this is the place to sign up.

PLEASE NOTE: Submission should be at least 2 weeks prior to your child’s birthday.

What Is The Family Birthday Club?

The Birthday Club is designed for kids ages 3 – 12 to celebrate their special day. Please sign up by filling out the form below. When you sign up for The Family’s Birthday Club, you agree to receive periodic emails and postal mailings from The Family. You can opt out at any time.

Kids will receive a birthday card in the mail around their birthday. The card may also include a certificate from one of our participating business sponsors.
