Join The Family’s Birthday Club!

If you would like your son or daughter to be a member of The Family’s Birthday Club, this is the place to sign up.

PLEASE NOTE: Submission should be at least 2 weeks prior to your child’s birthday.

The Birthday Club is for kids ages 3 – 12. Please sign up by filling out the form below. Please note that when you sign up, you will also agree to receive periodic emails and postal mailings from The Family. 

What Is The Family Birthday Club?

Kids who are part of The Family Birthday Club will receive a birthday card in the mail as it nears their special day. The card may also include a certificate from one of our participating business sponsors.

Tune Into The Family To Hear Your Child’s Name!

Tune into The Family daily at 6:50 am to celebrate our Birthday Club kids and hear your child’s name mentioned on air!
