Parmesan Herb Roasted Red Potatoes

from the kitchen of Joylyn Selle

2 lbs. red potatoes, scrubbed, and quartered or cut into 2-bite size pieces
olive oil
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
1 tsp. granulated onion
1 Tblsp. dried oregano
1 Tblsp. chives
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place potatoes in large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss.
Combine the salt, garlic, onion, oregano and chives.
Sprinkle over the potatoes and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with parmesan and toss again.

Place on a foil lined baking pan in a single layer.
Roast for 30 minutes and then stir.
Return to oven and roast for another 15 minutes or till of desired doneness.

Enjoy! These go great with anything. They are a staple during the summer months.
