1 box white cake mix
1 small package instant pistachio pudding
1 cup oil
1 cup ginger ale or 7-up
3/4 cup chopped nuts, optional
Grease and flour Bundt pan, or two 9 inch rounds, or a 13 X 9” cake pan.
Combine all ingredients and mix with mixer, 3- 4 minutes.
Bake at 350 degrees …for 45 to 50 minutes for the Bundt cake, 30 – 40 minutes for the 13 X 9. Cakes will test ‘done’ with the toothpick test.
Cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar or frost with Watergate frosting.
1 package instant pistachio pudding
1 cups cold milk
1 8 0z. container of Cool Whip
Mix pudding with milk until smooth.
As it begins to set up, fold in Cool Whip.
Frost cake and garnish with nuts or fresh fruit.

slice Bundt cake and add a dollop of frosting mixture to each slice when served.
Store cake in the refrigerator.
