Lemonade Pie

(Savor summer, it’s almost over!)

½ gallon vanilla ice cream (softened) (4 cups)
12 oz. frozen lemonade concentrate (6 oz.)
16 oz. Cool Whip (8 oz.)

Gently blend all ingredients together.
Pour into 2 graham cracker pie shells. (1 pie crust)
Freeze at least 4 hours.

Notes:
- (use amounts within parenthesis to make only one pie)
- May be served with fresh raspberries.
- Use pink lemonade for fun!
