Chris Rice'py S'mores

· 3 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
· 7 whole honey graham crackers
· 2 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
· 1 package (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
· 2/3 cup light corn syrup
· 3 tablespoons butter
· 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter

Directions:

Coat 13x9x2-inch microwave-safe dish with vegetable cooking spray. Place 6 graham crackers in single layer over pan bottom. Cut remaining piece to cover bottom of pan. Sprinkle a single layer of marshmallows evenly over crackers.

Microwave on HIGH 1 minute or until marshmallows are puffy. Remove from microwave and cool completely.

OR:

Coat a metal 13x9" cake pan with cooking spray. Place 6 graham crackers in single layer over pan bottom. Cut remaining piece to cover bottom of pan. Sprinkle a single layer of marshmallows evenly over crackers. Bake at 400 degrees for five minutes, or until marshmallows are puffy. Remove from oven and cool completely.

In 2-quart microwave-safe mixing bowl, combine chocolate morsels, corn syrup, and butter. Microwave on HIGH about 1 1/2 minutes or until chocolate can be stirred smooth. Stir in peanut butter. Add Rice Krispies, gently mixing until evenly combined. Spread evenly over marshmallows. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour or until firm.

Cut and store in airtight container in refrigerator.
