In a blender, combine:
3 sliced bananas (or 2 banana’s and strawberries, or blueberries or peaches…)
1 Tblsp. honey (or a ½ cup of yogurt!?)
1 cup pineapple juice (or apple juice, or orange juice or milk)
2 cups of ice
Blend until smooth.
Note: All you really need is ice, liquid and fruit, maybe a little yogurt, protein powder – make up your own favorite combinations.
