Vidalia Onions Portabellas

Original "Recipe Lady" recipe!

1 large Vidalia Onion, thinly sliced
8 oz. package of baby Portabellas, sliced
1-3 Tbsp. butter
Real, grated Parmesan cheese (about a quarter cup)
Seasoning salt

In a skillet or heavy bottom saucepan, melt butter and slowly cook onions until they begin to brown and are tender.
Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes more, until they’re done.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add fresh grated cheese and serve!

-We love this as a side dish, over baked potatoes, or served on steak.
-Great cooked on the grill
