Cherry Cream Salad
2 - 3 ounce pkgs. cherry gelatin
3 cups boiling water
1 can cherry pie filling
8 ounces cream cheese
5 Tblsp. sugar
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, drained really well.
Dissolve Jell-O in water. Chill 15 minutes. Mix in pie filling. Pour into a 13 X 9" pan and chill until firm. Mix cream cheese with sugar and pineapple. Spread over firm jello, and chill again until topping is firm.
