Oriental Pasta Salad

8 oz. pkg. corkscrew, penne, or bow tie pasta, cooked and cooled
1/3 lb. fresh snow peas, trimmed and cut in ½ on the diagonal
2 red bell peppers, cut in strips
4 green onions, thinly sliced
3 cups fresh broccoli florets
2 cups cooked meat - optional (chicken, turkey, shrimp, pork)

1 Tblsp. sesame oil
1 Tblsp. peanut butter
2 Tblsp. rice wine vinegar
Hot sauce to taste
2 tsp. honey
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted
Salt and pepper to taste

Toss pasta, snow peas, red pepper, scallions, broccoli, and diced meat.
Whisk dressing ingredients until creamy; pour over the pasta mixture.
Toss lightly. Serve chilled
