Spinach and Shrimp Salad

salad bowl of fresh spinach or spinach/romaine mix
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 or 2 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
grape or cherry tomatoes
1 11 oz. can of mandarin oranges, drained
cooked, frozen shrimp - thawed, rinsed and drained
sunflower seeds
shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Toss and serve with your favorite dressing - French, Poppy Seed, Hot Bacon, Honey Mustard, Balsamic or Raspberry Vinaigrette or Buttermilk Ranch?
