1 pound ground beef
2 Tblsp. onions
1 tsp. salt
Brown beef and onion, drain, add salt
1 cup (4 ounces) macaroni, prepared according to package, drain
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
½ cup catsup
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart casserole.
Cover and bake for 40 minutes.
Uncover, sprinkle with crushed potato chips and bake 5 minutes longer.
-This is just a great old fashioned hot dish!
-Fruit, salad, and you have a kid friendly meal in a hurry.
-Double it, leftovers are even better.
-Do look for colorful and shaped macaroni, elbow mac works, but have some fun.
-Using Mozzarella cheese and a dash of oregano makes it Italian.
