Baked Spaghetti with Tomatoes

I used tomatoes and green peppers from the garden for this and my husband and kids loved it, Elizabeth.
8 oz. spaghetti
½ tsp. salt
2 Tblsp. Butter
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ cup chopped onion
1/8 tsp. paprika
¼ cup chopped green pepper
1 Tblsp. sugar
½ cup parmesan cheese
1 cup grated colby or cheddar cheese
2 cups chopped tomatoes (about 4 med.)
( I just pulsated in blender, skin, seeds and all)
1 lb. browned beef, or *sausage cut up and cooked
Cook and drain spaghetti.
Melt butter and sautee' onion and green pepper.
Add remainder of ingredients, except cheese and spagetti.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Add cooked spaghetti and half of the cheeses.
Put in a buttered baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
*Elizabeth says she used pre-cooked breakfast sausage and it turned out really tasty.
