Pineapple Dessert

From the kitchen of The Family's Lori Albrecht

1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
1 3 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, in real juice (do not drain)
Angel food cake

Whip the cream until it forms firm tips.

In separate bowl, mix pudding and pineapple (undrained).
Fold this mixture into the whipped cream.

Refrigerate.

Serve the mixture on top of angel food cake.

Notes:
~ Very light dessert, very fresh.
~ You can buy an angel food cake already made, but the new angel food mixes only call for water, mix up really quick and fresh, and can be made in either an angel food cake pan or a 9 X 13inch pan for easy serving.
