Fresh Tomato Salsa #1 (to can)

12 cups diced, peeled fresh tomatoes, drained
6 cups chopped onions
½ cup chopped jalapenos with seeds
5 cloves chopped garlic
2 cups chopped green pepper
1 large can tomato paste
3 Tbsp. salt
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup vinegar

Bring to a boil and simmer 1-2 hours.
Pour into hot, sterilized jars and seal.
Process in hot water bath for 10 minutes.
