- Mix these or ANY of your family’s favorites!
- Mix a couple different nuts for protein, some fruit, and then your favorite crackers, cereal and pretzels.
- Do use small sandwich or snack bags to prepackage treats! It works to limit helpings and to have treats ready to grab on the go.
- And don’t forget the cheese sticks and fresh fruits and veggies! Having them prepared and ready, helps the whole family stick to good snacking habits even when you’re busy.
