1 can whole cranberry sauce
½ cup sugar
1/3 cup fresh minced onion (or ¼ cup dry onion)
2 Tablespoons horseradish
½ teaspoon salt
Stir constantly and bring to a boil.
Chill for at least 1 hour. May be made up to 3 days ahead.
Wheat Thins are the perfect little nibblers, but any cracker or crostini will do.
