Chocolate Popcorn

From the kitchen of our very own Mark & Sandra Bystrom

14 cups popped popcorn
2 cups dry roasted peanuts
3 cups crispy rice cereal
1 1/2 pound confection dark chocolate
1/4 cup peanut butter

Melt chocolate & peanut butter in microwave 3 minutes on high, stir every minute.

Mix top 3 ingredients in large bowl with chocolate mixture. Spread onto a sprayed cookie sheet. Let cool and then break apart and put into an airtight container.

Use within 5 days (that's usually not a problem at our house!)
