Baked Onion & Cheese Spread

From the kitchen of Barb Schlafer

1 to 2 cups chopped onion
2 cups Hellmann's mayo
2 cups (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese

Combine all ingredients in shallow baking dish.
Top mixture with pepperoni and sliced ripe olives if desired.
Bake at 325 for 25 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is a golden color.
Serve warm with rye chips or crackers. Enjoy!!

Notes:
- I choose sweet onions.
- Serve on crackers, pretzel chips, pita crisps, veggie sticks, or a French Baguette - sliced and toasted.
- Add a little minced garlic, maybe crab instead pepperoni???
