Iced Thai Coffee

1 Tblsp. of good, ground coffee per cup (flavored coffee a plus)
1 Tblsp. of sweetened condensed milk per cup

Brew coffee, stir in milk while it’s still hot.
Chill completely, stir and serve over ice.
Whipped cream and cinnamon are optional . . . taking a break to enjoy this - is not!

Make this easy!
Fill your 12 cup drip coffee maker with water to make 12 cups.
Add 12 Tblsp. of ground coffee to the filter basket. Brew.
Stir in one 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk.
Chill completely.
Invite your friends over and serve in tall glasses over ice.

I like a little whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon, but I hear a dash of cayenne pepper is pretty popular these days.
Also try cardamom, almond extract, or other dessert spices.
