Pumpkin Pancakes & Praline Syrup

(6-8 servings)

2 cups milk
1 cup canned pumpkin, pure purée not pie mix.
1 egg
2 tblsp. oil
1 tblsp. white vinegar
2 cups flour
3 tblsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt

Praline Syrup

2¼ cups sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
1½ cups water
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 teaspoon maple flavor
pinch of salt
1 tablespoon butter

Combine sugar, water, and salt, bring to a boil and boil two minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in butter and flavorings.
Optional: Stir in 3/4 cup chopped Pecans!

Note: This isn’t just yummy on Pumpkin Pancakes, it’s great in a pinch, or to help you pinch pennies!
