Mix until smooth:
1 one-step Angel Food Cake mix (Betty Crocker worked)
1 15 ounce can solid pack pumpkin
1 ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 cup water
Pour into a 9 X 13" pan and bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream.
It’s a pumpkin sponge cake that is very lite and awesome.
Might even be a Weight Watchers recipe.
Note: I haven’t tried it, but I’m guessing this would be beautiful baked in a bundt pan, sprinkled with powdered sugar and served on your prettiest plate.
