Frozen Fruit Salad

Mix well:
1 6 oz.. can frozen orange juice, undiluted
2 cups 7-up
1 cup sugar
2 bananas, sliced
1 small can crushed pineapple and juice
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 10 oz. package frozen strawberries, without sugar
1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen

Pour into muffin tins lined with foil muffin cups.
Freeze.
To serve, thaw about 15 minutes.

Notes:
-After these freeze, I take them out of the pan and put them all in a big tupperware or other air-tight container. They will keep well.
-I like to leave them in the foil cups, but my friend takes them out of the little cups and serves them on individual plates, on a lettuce leaf..
-Makes a great salad or dessert
