2-3 cups grated carrots
3 cups diced apples, unpeeled
½ cup crushed pineapple, drained
½ cup raisins, or 1 cup fresh grapes
1 cup nuts, walnuts, pecans or sunflower seeds
1 8oz. container of yogurt, pineapple, lemon or vanilla
