Cannelloni

Prepare 12 large Manicotti noodles according to package

Filling, mix

1 pound of ground beef - browned, drained
1 10 oz. package spinach - chopped, cooked, drained well
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
½ tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper

Sauce, simmered together for 10 minutes

1 16 oz. can tomatoes
1 6 oz. can tomato paste
1 cup water
½ cup chopped onion
½ tsp. oregano
½ tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Fill noodles with prepared filling.
Arrange in a glass baking dish.
Cover with sauce.
Bake at 350 degrees, covered, for 40 minutes.
Uncover and sprinkle with 1 more cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 10-15 minutes more. (Until cheese melts and the bread is hot!)
