Flying Farmer Chicken Salad

From the Kitchen of Dianne Simpson

Mix first four ingredients and let stand:
5 cups cooked chicken, cubed
2 T orange juice
2 T vinegar
1 t salt

Mix remaining ingredients and toss all ingredients lightly:
1 ½ cups red or green grapes-halved
1 ½ cups celery diced
13 oz Pineapple Tidbits--drained
11 oz Mandarin Oranges--drained
1 ½ cups Miracle Whip
3 cups cooked rice (long grain—not Minute Rice)
1 small package slivered almonds

Can be made a day before and add almonds just before serving. Enjoy!
