In a shallow bowl or pie plate mix:
1 cup crushed corn flakes
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 envelope Ranch Dressing
In shallow bowl or pie plate:
melt ½ cup butter
Rinse 8 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts and pat dry.
Dip chicken pieces, one at a time, in butter and then in cornflake mixture to coat.
Arrange coated chicken pieces in foil-lined 9 X13 pan.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
