1 cup soy sauce
½ cup water
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup honey
2 green onions with tops, chopped
½ tsp. garlic powder
Combine all ingredients in a large shallow, glass baking dish.
Place steak in marinade; turn to coat both sides.
Cover dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate 12 to 48 hours.
The longer you marinate the meat, the stronger the flavor.
Discard marinate and broil or grill steaks.
