Kids Korner Birthday Club

Greetings from Kids Korner!

Hi, would you like to be a Kids Korner Kid and a member of the Kids Korner Birthday Club?

The Birthday Club is for kids ages 3 - 12 and you join by signing up on the following form! Fill it in, send it in, and you will receive a card welcoming you to Kids Korner with your official Kids Korner Membership Card.

Keep listening to Kids Korner and when your birthday rolls around you will hear your name on the radio! You will also receive a Kids Korner Birthday card in the mail which will include a certificate for a free Kids Meal at participating Subway restaurants all across Northeast Wisconsin or a coupon for Arby's Kids Meal if you live in Central Wisconsin. Stop in at the location nearest you, enjoy your choice of Kids Meal, and please don't forget to say "Thank You" to Subway and Arby's for being a great addition to the Kids Korner Birthday Club!
