My husband took his life in April of 2008. I found him breathing his last breaths and the paramedics were unable to save him. I screamed at him "don't leave me alone like this!" and begged God to preserve him, but God said no. For the next week, virtually EVERY time I turned on my car, The Family would come on, playing Meredith Andrews' song "You're Not Alone." To this day, the song brings tears to my eyes. Two years later, I am engaged to a Pastor and looking forward to being his partner in ministry. It has been a tough two years of transition, but the ministry of The Family has kept my mind fixed on God, my heart following Jesus, and my soul filled with hope.
I can never thank you enough.
